Dian Kidd has a background in education and multi-cultural ministries. She has consulted with UBA churches in the areas of strategic planning, vision clarification, effective team leadership, and new church development. She has frequently served with New Church Initiatives as an assessor for potential church planters. She currently serves as Team Leader for the Consultant Team, oversees daily implementation of strategy, provides team learning & development experiences, leads planning initiatives, and is passionate about helping people to realize the future to which God calls them. Dian is a member of Willow Meadows Baptist Church and teaches Adult Sunday School there. Dian has served UBA since 1990, beginning in the Missions Development Office, later serving in the Strategy Planning Section, and finally assuming her current responsibilities as Associate Director in 1993.

Como Directora Asociada de UBA, ella provee experiencias de desarrollo y aprendizaje, guía iniciativas de planeamiento, forma redes con plantadores de iglesia y organizaciones para plantar iglesias. Dian es miembro de Willow Meadows Baptist Church.
